Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Responsible for maintenance and repair of all offices and facilities
- Performs minor and major repair of all buildings and equipment
- Performs preventive maintenance procedures on building mechanical equipment on a scheduled basis
- Installs electrical wiring and equipment; new electrical services, wiring during remodeling projects; replaces and repairs wiring as needed.
- Performs routine and extensive preventative maintenance and repair procedures on buildings, mechanical equipment, and utility systems.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Candidate must possess a Bachelor's Degree, any field
- At least 3 years working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Preferably with 1-4 years specializing in Maintenance/Repair (facilities and building) or equivalent
- Must have working experience/knowledge in the following areas: Carpentry, Painting, Mechanical and Electrical
- Must be hardworking, self-reliant, diligent, can work under pressure and with minimal supervision
- Can start immediately
