Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Perform basic bookkeeping activities
- Plan, arrange and manage meetings and conference calls
- Take and distribute minutes of the meeting
- Maintain electronic and physical files
- Maintain weekly schedules of employees
- Organize and provide documents, reports, and information
- Coordinate workspace, computer and supplies for new employees with IT department
- Maintain and reorder office supplies
- Sort and distribute mails
- Resolve administrative problems by coordinating, analyzing and finding solutions
- Act as liaison with other departments and outside office
- Work independently and within a team on special projects which could include presentations, mailings, and proofreading
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Candidate must possess at a Bachelor's/College Degree in any field
- At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for the position
- Must have good communication and excellent interpersonal skills
- Personable, Flexible, trainable and can work with minimum supervision
- Responsible, self-motivated and smart
- Willing to do minimal field works if needed
