- Welcome and direct visitors, guests, clients, applicants. etc.
- Respond to incoming calls and queries
- Monitor employee movements in and out of the company premises
- Receive and sort daily mails/deliveries and give to respective employees/departments
- Provide general and administrative support
- Requisitions of office supplies / janitorial supplies
- Other tasks that may be assigned from time to time
