• Provide guidance and oversight to ensure compliance with all applicable IEE safety policies and standards
• Advise management in all aspects and changes in statutory safety requirements and proposes safety measures that help reduce accident rate
• Frequently monitor and inspect any health or safety aspect of the operation undertaken with supervisors and workers participation
• Adheres to all company policies and procedures
• Investigates all minor to major accidents occurring within the project site and provide the incident report with safety recommendations after conducting an analysis
• Formulate and recommend programs, activities, and trainings to improve work conditions, procedures, and processes
• Formulate and update task/job risk assessments to manage the hazards of safety-critical activities within the business unit
• Plan, organize and deliver technical advice to trainings, safety awareness campaigns and behavior-based safety programs to support continuous improvement of the Company's safety culture
• Assist the Supervisor in the preparation and submission of periodic sales reports to DOLE
Kualifikasi Minimum
• Graduate of any engineering course
• With at least 2-3 years of experience in Safety, Health and Environment to a large volume-based customer business industries such as Construction or Manufacturing
• Completion of BOSH/COSH Training
• Capable of negotiating effectively with other trade contractors and clients
• Must be proficient in both Oral and Written communication
