Jr. | Sr. Accountant  

As a Junior/Senior Accountant, you will play a vital role in the day-to-day operations of the Company. You will work closely with various stakeholders in ensuring the completion and accuracy of all financial reporting while being in compliance with the local tax/audit regulatory. Your deliverables to the finance department will contribute to the smooth and efficient running of the business.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Manage day to day accounting and bookkeeping tasks as required.
• Work with Accounting Manager on the preparation of monthly and annual ledger closings activities, reconciliations, and financial package reporting.
• Deal with contracts, paperwork, invoices and records from in-house billing and collection team. Reconcile between finance and operation, by collecting and analyzing accounts’ information.
• Assist in regional consolidation and accounting in new countries.
• Liaise with financial auditors and local tax authorities.
• Perform other related ad-hoc duties as assigned

• Degree with accounting qualification CPA or similar.
• Minimum 3 – 5 years hands-on accounting or financial auditing work experience post-graduate.
• Solid accounting knowledge as well as local tax/audit regulation. Big 4 background preferred.
• Proficiency in Excel is highly desirable.
• Experiences with QuickBooks, XERO, MYOB, WAVE or other accounting system preferred.
• Good knowledge of transportation industry and/or internet company preferred.
