- Set basic salary, bonuses, benefits standards.
- Statistical analysis of labor costs.
- Develop performance evaluation plans.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Working Years: 3-5 years
- Must be very responsible, attentive, integrity and numerical sensitivity.
- High professional ethics and salary confidentiality.
- Compensation and performance accounting and project experience.
- Very proficient in Excel/Google sheet.
- Strong pressure resistance.
