Senior Financial Analyst  

As a Sr. Financial Analyst, the successful candidate will directly report to the head of Pricing and Procurement and have a close partnership with both Business Development and Cost Accounting functions. He/she will perform financial forecasting, reporting, and operational metrics tracking, analyze financial data and create financial models for decision support, report on financial performance and prepare for regular leadership reviews, analyze past results, perform variance analysis, identify trends, and make recommendations for improvements, and work closely with the accounting team to ensure accurate financial reporting. You will do this through your leadership of the team responsible for these activities.

Key Responsibilities

• To ensure tender center activities are effectively managed.
• Manage end-to-end pricing/procurement-related data projects: maintenance of current pricing data, gathering information from various sources, analyzing data and/or coordinating with inhouse analysts, identifying issues, giving recommendations, and creating insightful suggestions on relevant topics.
• Ensure pricing responses to customers are provided accurately and within the agreed timeframes.
• Collaborating with other teams on door-to-door pricing to create competitive rates for customers.
• Assist with problem-solving, guiding pricing, and procurement activities.
• Grow financial performance through analysis of financial results, forecasts, variances, and trends
• Create recommendations to be presented to management and executives
• Develop financial models to support valuation, planning, and forecasting
• Conduct comparable analysis and market research to support internal financial analysis

Qualification:

• Graduated in Analytics, Economics, Mathematics, Finance, or Business related majors
• At least 3 years of relevant work experience in the B2B industry
• MUST have cost accounting and pricing background
• With experience procurement or vendor management will be a plus
• Good team player and communication skills across different functions, able to engage cross-functional stakeholders effectively
• Be detail-oriented and proactive in work, highly responsible for work delivery
• Amenable to work onsite.
