A Customer Support Associate assists customers with inquiries related to a company’s products and services. Customer Service Associates maintain adequate company and product knowledge to provide proficient service. The most important of which is assisting customers with any troubles or inquiries that they might have. Often, customer service associates help customers over the phone, but they may also deal with customers in person. A customer service associate must possess a service-oriented attitude, as well as a friendly and personable attitude. They must be able to accurately read situations and address customer needs in a reliable and timely.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
- At least 2 years of working experience in related field is required for this position
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- The ability to maintain calm under pressure
- Excellent phone etiquette.
- Strong people skills.
