- Provides internal support to the Account Management Group. He or she must be able meet specific administrative requirements, maintains orderliness, manages the central filing and safekeeping of documents and correspondences.
- Assists the Account Officers and to their assigned AMD Team Leaders. He or she addresses urgent client concerns in coordination with the Account Officer assigned. An AMD Assistant monitors all fax and mail that will be forwarded to the Account Officer teams.
- Perform related functions that may be assigned by the immediate superior from time to time.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Graduate of a Business/Science course or any related course
- Work experience in a related field is an advantage
- Possesses excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Possesses excellent planning and organizational skills
- Possesses strong analytical skills
- Willing to work on flexible hours
- Is enthusiastic and detail-oriented
