Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Ensure superior’s appointment and schedules are well taken cared of to avoid conflicts and overlapping
- Responsible for Budget preparations
- Coordinate w/ Globe and PLDT all corporate accounts request
- Monitoring and processing payment for monthly subscriptions of IMI corporate accounts
- Monitoring IMI Device (Laptops, cellphones, projectors)
- Handling systems (DMS, VMS, ICT Clearance system, etc.)
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Graduate of any 4 years course but preferably IT related course
- With knowledge in SAP system
- With experience in clerical and admin
- Must be proficient in MS office
