BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
- Roles & Responsibilities:
- Manage a small business unit with Profit & Loss responsibility
- Marketing & sales capabilities
- Able to teach any of the following: management / digital marketing / bookkeeping
- Able to design courses based on training needs
- Collaborate with digital learning team to develop courses for online education
- Research, market, launch and generate profit for micro startups… help students do the same
- Desired Experience:
- Teaching, tutorial, and/or e-learning facilitation
- Marketing & sales
- Event organization
- Create and/or build products for sale and profit
- Required Skills:
- Develop courses and presentations for classroom facilitation
- Acquire corporate training clients and develop courses for client’s requirements
- Organize learning events, speakers and students
- Excellent PowerPoint
- Public speaking
- Compensation
- P20,000 / month; P25,000 upon and if regularization
- P2,500 teaching fee for every 3.5-hour LIVE session
- Commissions on target revenue and business unit profitability
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
