Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Receives training and performs duties in several business areas such as Sales, Marketing, Client Servicing, Operations, Underwriting, Licensing, IT etc.
- Observes experienced professionals acquire knowledge of methods, procedures, and standards required for the performance of duties.
- Sets performance goals and monitors progress through scheduled business reviews.
- Undergoes continuous training which includes topics on Entrepreneurship and Leadership, Sales Process and Mastery, Technolgy and Sales Builder.
