Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Support in the implementation of the Fellows growth and engagement program
- Organize meetings, socials and general assemblies such as Breakfast Roundtables, Lunch Forum, Wine and Wind Downs & Conferences etc.
- Assist the organization of major external events such as the Annual Dinner, Investors Forum & Working Session
- Maintain database of Fellows & other classes of membership
- Act as member’s main liaison for all ICD concerns with Fellows & other members
- Monitor the Fellows application processes, requirements, etc..
- Handle other projects & tasks required by the Director of Fellows Relations
Kualifikasi Minimum
- At least 1-year experience in Communications, Marketing, and Sales, non-profit work and events management
- Experience in client management and relationship building
- Customer service-oriented
- Excellent written, oral and presentation skills
- Effective interpersonal, planning and execution skills
- Social media for member engagement activities
- Basic graphic design
