- Provides high-level support to the President/ Executive
- Supports administration and management with the activities of the Head Office
- Responsible for filing and retrieving confidential company documents and records of board meeting
- Maintains executive's agenda, prepares minutes of meetings and assist in planning appointments, board meetings, conferences and seminars both local and abroad
- Responsible in handling incoming and outgoing calls, letters, mails, packages and other correspondence
- Provide concrete analysis of trends and forecasts
- Create clear and useful reports and recommendations for optimization of business operations
- Ensures confidential and sensitive documents are handled accordingly
- Maintain electronic and manual filing systems
- Fieldworks for task-related errands
- Performs other duties not limited to administrative tasks
Kualifikasi Minimum

Must possess at least Bachelor's Degree of Business Administration and Management, Finance, Banking, E-Commerce, Secretarial and equivalent

Must have a Latin honor- Cum Laude, Magna Cum Laude, Summa Cum Laude; Dean's Lister is considered

Graduates from an overseas university or international school are highly preferred

Outstanding communication and presentation skills

Excellent problem-solving skills

Logical, organized and high attention to detail

Familiarity with Excel functions for organizing and analysing of data

Ability to distill large amounts of extensive information into clear, concise and understandable reports
