L2 Operations Lead  

- Monitoring of Aiah Systems

- Monitoring of scheduled jobs in the environment

- Monitor Production Logs for Errors, Suspicious Activities, Security and/or Data Privacy Issues

- Regularly perform monitoring scans

- Setting Severity Levels to Problems/Issues/Defects

- Ownership of Problems/Issues/Defects Ticket until Resolution

- Create Root Cause Analysis for Problems/Issues/Defects found

- Follow-up, Coordinate, and Resolve Problems/Issues/Defects within SLA

- Workaround, Corrective Fixes, Removal of Data Errors

- Regular Reporting on Open/In Progress/Resolved Tickets

- Report and Monitor status of the Problems/Issues/Defects reported by the team

- Management Reporting indicating Status and KPIs

- Mentor team members and monitor team's performance

- Candidate must possess a Bachelor's/College Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or equivalent.

- With Practical experience working in an Agile/SCRUM development environment, with an understanding of what works and what doesn’t in a

professional-services setting.

- An understanding of what it means to wear different hats in a small, dynamic team environment, and a willingness to jump in and help wherever needed.

- Experience working in an Agile Environment

- Strong communication skills for the non technical team to understand issues and resolutions

- Preferrably with Technical Background

- Has strong people management skill

- With At least 2 years experience
