> Create visual content and ensure that it reflects Innovantage/Aiah tone / style, meets marketing objectives, and engages our target audience
> Initiate concept and explore various design solutions
> Establish creative standards, style guides, color palettes and web templates
> Plan and execute design strategies that strengthen the Aiah branding
> Prepare rough drafts and present your ideas
> Work as part of a team with web developers, project manager, and sales etc.
Kualifikasi Minimum
> At least 2-3 years experience in Creative Design
> Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Deisgn & Multimedia, Multimedia Arts, Fine Arts (Arts Education), Diploma in Web Design & Animation , Interactive Entertainment & Mulltimedia Computing or the likes.
> Time management skills and the ability to cope with several projects at a time
> Accuracy and attention to detail when finalising designs
> Excellent communication skills to interpret and negotiate briefs with clients
> Proficiency in Adobe systems such as Adobe Creative Cloud
> Possess an understanding of advertising campaigns
