HR Manager will be responsible for ensuring employees deliver quality service, performance and value. Responsibilities are as follow:

General Administration – Sustain and maintain stability within the office

• Office Upkeep
• Grocery
• Schedule of Runner
• Assets and Equipment monitoring

Employee Retention- Ensure quality employees grow internally and deliver quality output

• Seminars for employees
• Employee recognition
• Handling employee concerns
• Evaluation (Quarterly and Annual)
• Birthday month

Company Management- Manpower, Inter-department Communication, Discipline and Culture setting

• Hiring
• Handbook Guidelines and enforcement
• Organization communication (interdepartmental, process)
• Company Events (Christmas party, annual etc) organization
• Townhall

Key attributes of the successful candidate will include:

• Proven working experience as HR manager
• People-oriented and results-driven
• Demonstrable experience with HR metrics
• Knowledge of HR systems and databases
• Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills
• Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
• Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
• In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
• BS/MS degree in Human Resources or related field
