Ad Operations Executive  

The Ad Operations Executive role provides fast and efficient support of executing and managing of online advertising campaigns.

The position also involves accurate management of clients’ campaigns, coordination with internal teams from sales and account management, creative design and technical teams, business development and finance departments as well as teams from regional offices.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, good inter-personal skills and the knowledge and experience to make judgments and take ownership are integral to this role.

Primary Responsibilities

• Manage the implementation of online campaigns
• Set up channels and ad formats for campaign launch
• Monitor day-to-day performance and results to meet campaign objective, KPIs and client’s expectations
• Provide recommendations and insights for campaign performance improvement
• Troubleshoot serving issues, discrepancy in deliveries and reporting, manage third party ad servers and tracking, monitoring inventory quality as well as creative issues with technical and creative teams

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Mass Communication, Marketing, Computer Science or Information Technology
• Strong numerical and analytical skills, organizational and multi-tasking abilities
• Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Fluent in verbal and written English
• Experience and familiarity in Facebook and Google Ads is a plus
