Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Responsible for onboarding of new influencers, agencies, and partner publishers to the network
- Accountable for negotiation of favourable terms with influencers and publishers for campaign proposals
- Provides the campaign brief to partners once campaign proposals are approved
- Conducts content audits for brands and analyzes messaging across a network of sites, influencers, and content creators
- Conduct monthly industry trends analysis and content best practices and shares ideas with the team
- Work closely with sales team to convert business
- Conduct regular proposal analysis to evaluate effectiveness and identify other opportunities to grow the business
- Cultivate relationships with key opinion leaders and publishers to build strong network across the online media industry
- To carry out additional task / work as directed by management from time to time
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Minimum 2 years of experience in influencer marketing, content marketing, social media, communications, digital marketing, or related fields
- Experience working with publishers for content publication and syndication
- Experience working with influencers through campaigns, guest posts, product reviews or content creation
- Excellent organization and collaboration skills with high attention to detail
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adjust to new priorities as required Proficient in basic MS Office applications
- Proactive, efficient, quick to learn, and has strong work ethic
