Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Performs end to end recruitment process
- Monitors Performance Appraisal
- Process Payroll and Supervise Compenation and Benefits
- Manage all HR related concerns, Employee Relations
- Handles notices of infractions, administrative investigations and hearings on issues raised
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Candidates must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent
- At least 3 yrs of working experience in General HR Operations
- Preferably with Compensation and Benefits and Payroll experience
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
- Can work autonomously
- Must be willing to work in Quezon City
