Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Performs business requirements gathering from external and internal stakeholders using elicitation techniques, and ensures proper documentation of these requirements using Infomax-approved templates and forms.
- Analyzes and document detailed functional specifications provided by internal and external stakeholders, of Infomax developed products and services.
- Participates in software design collaboration sessions with Solutions Architect and Development teams, to define software functionalities and enhancements of Infomax developed product and services.
- Consolidates Build Packages and Patches, as endorsed by QA, for proper commercial versioning and documentation, and handover to implementation team.
- Participate in Risk Assessment sessions with Project team for identifying risks ang mitigating plans for each assigned project.
- Works as part of the Project Delivery Team to coordinate user acceptance testing and trainings of Infomax developed products and services for external clients.
- Formulates project scoping and pricing of services for project implementation of different packaged solutions proposed to external clients.
- Perform all other job-related tasks that may be assigned by the Line Manager.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or any related course in Information Technology field.
- At least 2 years of related experience in same field
- Skills and Competencies
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to run stakeholder meetings.
- Meticulous in Documentation and writing.
- Critical thinker, always thinks out of the box.
- Good Decision Making
- Team Player
- Project Management experience is a plus
