Business Process Team Leader  

Business Unit: Management Accounting Consultancy – Business Process Services

• Support the project's steering committee define the project phase and requirements, monitor the project implementation schedule, and evaluate the quality of all the project deliverables;
• Maintain the collaboration of project team members, composed of Infinnum and client;
• Initiate and facilitate meetings as project lead in order to address project issues;
• Ensure that project rules follow the Infinnum Project Management methodology;
• Report project issues and status to the steering committee.

• Bachelor’s Degree in one of the following courses: Internal Audit, Industrial Engineering, Accountancy, Management Engineering, Business Management or other related courses;
• 3 to 5 years in-depth experience in Business Process Integration;
• Experience in project management;
• Effective facilitation and presentation skills;
• Strong Organizational Skills (people, culture and change management);
• Experience in process modeling, analysis, and design;
• Supervisory / people management experience is a must.
• Strategic, solutions-driven, and likes fixing systems and processes.
• Experience in handling multiple clients is a plus
• Willing to work in Ortigas, Pasig City and willing to travel for out of towns clients.
