Senior Consultant for Management Advisory Services | Hybrid  

How you will contribute:

• Check and review financial reports to ensure defensibility and reasonableness
• Analyze financial statements (Balance Sheet, Income Statement, and Cash Flows) and prepare management reports
• Support business simulations, budgeting, planning, and other requirements
• Assist the client’s finance and accounting people in accounting-related concerns
• Ensure that the Service Level Agreements (SLA) and project deliverables with clients are met timely
• Develop good working relationships with clients and internal partners that will result in improvement and strong service delivery
• Identify the issues and concerns of the account

• Mentor and evaluate performance of junior members of the team

• Review the work of junior members of the team for accuracy and compliance

• Recommend improvements to the existing service delivery practices and procedures

• Handle presentation, data mining and research on economics and trends, facilitation, and budgeting during strategic planning sessions
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned

Location/Hybrid Set Up

• Work from the office - 3 days per week
• Work from home - 2 days per week
• Client visits – a total of 3-8 days per month

• Graduate of BS Accountancy or Management Accounting
• 3-5 years of experience in accounting, including financial & investment analysis, budgeting, simulations, forecasting
• Willing to work in hybrid environment (WFH, RTO, client visits)
• Willing to travel
• Has strong business sense, with a high level of integrity, commitment, work ethic, and values
• Possesses the following competencies: analytical thinking, business acumen, relationship management, time management, and data analysis
