What we're looking for
The Expert is looking for an organized, data-driven individual with experience in supporting overall sales operations in a fast-paced environment. This team member will be focused on providing exceptional administrative support as part of The Expert’s Procurement team. This is a terrific opportunity for an individual who wants to have an immediate impact on a rapidly growing startup.
Responsibilities
- Partner with both our procurement and logistics team to provide administrative support during the procurement process
- Communicate with vendors to update order details into our CRM system, maintaining data health and updates in a timely manner
- Manually update and maintain data for all aspects of the ordering process such as details regarding samples, quote requests, processing, and payments of orders
- Ensure accurate order and financial information for transactions, preparing accurate reporting for accounting
- Navigate various software applications and tools in order to manage inquiries, personal workflows, and day-to-day responsibilities
- Coordinate with Logistics team to ensure seamless fulfillment experience and overall handoff process post-order
- Assist with all post-order inquiries and utilize problem-solving skills to resolve client issues with the procurement specialist team
- Conduct lead generation, qualification, and additional sales support as needed
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Strong technical skills with proficiency in Excel and Google docs/sheets
- Strong work ethic with a high degree of record-keeping accuracy and an eye for detail and follow-through
- Outstanding organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritize multiple issues and produce solutions in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; proven ability to establish relationships with peers, clients, and internal and external stakeholders
- Familiarity in the interior design industry
- Must be willing to work US hours
