The Sr. HR Officer will be responsible for smooth & continuous execution of different internal and external processes within Human Resources. He/she will be primarily responsible for supervising the day-to-day tasks of the whole HR team such as but not limited to Talent Acquisition, Compensation & Benefits, HR Administration, Employee Engagement and Retention, Organizational Development and Labor Relations.
Job Responsibilities:
- Labor Relations: Handle labor relations, including negotiations, grievance resolution, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Employee Retention: Develop and implement strategies to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention, fostering a positive work environment and reducing turnover.
- Organizational Development: Drive initiatives to support organizational growth and development, including succession planning, talent management, and leadership development programs.
Kualifikasi Minimum
Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

Minimum of 5 years of experience working as an HR practitioner, with a focus on labor relations, and employee retention.

Extensive knowledge of labor laws and regulations, with a proven ability to navigate complex legal issues.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

Proactive and solutions-oriented mindset, with the ability to drive change and implement innovative HR initiatives.

Experience in organizational development is a plus.

Supervisory experience is a plus.
