Healthcare Contact Center Representative | Makati  

a. Handles inbound and outbound calls for:

Eligibility verification

Provider Network Information

Inquiries on Clients' Medical Plan/ Schedule of Benefits (SOB)

Other related queries/requests from brokers, accredited Network Providers, clients and other intermediaries

b. Issuance of Letter of Authority (LOA) for all eligible In-Patient (IP) and Out-Patient (OP) availments

c. Coordinates with accredited medical provider hospital admission of clients

d. Computes for clients' eligible medical benefits during hospital discharge and ensure all excess of benefits (EOB) are collected prior to discharge.

e. Attend to clients' and intermediaries' queries/requests/complaints course thru other sources than voice calls (Mobile App/ e-mail / sms etc.)

f. Undertakes all other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.

• Graduate of any 4-year course

• With at least 6 months of experience under healthcare account

• With supervisory potential

• Computer literate with working knowledge on MS Word and Excel

• Communicates articulately in Tagalog and English, Cebuano dialect is a plus

• Willingness to go on shifting 24/7 duties including Saturday and Sunday
