HR Specialist | Recruitment & Employee Engagement  

The HR Specialist will be responsible for smooth & continuous execution of different internal processes within Human Resources. He/she will be primarily responsible for end-to-end recruitment and employee engagement.

Recruitment & Hiring

• Completes assigned manpower requirements on time by executing end-to-end recruitment for various internal and external projects.
• Posts job vacancies, sourcing, recruiting, and pooling.
• Maintains and updates database of applicant.
• Conducts paper screening, phone screening, and initial interviews of candidates for Rank and File up to Specialist/Supervisory/Managerial positions.

Employee Engagement

• Champions the vision and mission of the company, exhibiting its culture and values. Spearhead Employee Programs projects aimed to promote camaraderie, including rewards and recognition across the organization.

Minimum Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College degree Human Resources Management / Psychology / Business / Marketing OR equivalent.
• Preferably with at least 1 year related working experience.
• Strong English written and oral communication skills are required.
• Detail-oriented, goal-oriented.
• Can work under minimal supervision.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Ortigas, Pasig City. (Currently in WFH setup)
