Deskripsi Pekerjaan
The Finance Assistant will be performing an essential role in executing appropriate accounting and finance processes and policies. He/She will be primarily responsible for assisting the Finance Manager with regard to the day-to-day operations of the department. He/she will be carrying out finance responsibilities such as:
- Disbursement of cash and cash advances
- Liquidation reports and cash remittances
- Audit liquidations and vouchers
- Maintains/monitors cash balances
- Prepares reports and database as needed
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Candidate must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy/Finance/Banking/Management or equivalent.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially in Excel
- Keen to details.
- Less than 1-year experience in the equivalent job role is an advantage but not required.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Ortigas, Pasig City.
