Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Conducts inbound and outbound calls for prospective clients.
- Explains product details and answers questions of clients.
- Generate sales lead.
- Prepare reports on total calls per day and submits to the Immediate Superior.
- Maintains accurate and up to date client database.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- At least college level.
- Has knowledge on sales and marketing.
- Have good communication skills, negotiation skills and prospecting skills.
- Should be persuasive, goal-oriented, assertive, creative, adaptable and analytical.
- Customer service oriented.
- Proven experience as telesales representative or other sales/customer service role
