Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Design and maintain a system of organization
- Efficiently plan out itineraries and appointments
- Perform accurate bookkeeping and accounting
- Prepare and edit correspondences, communications, presentations, and other documents
- Liaise with internal staff at all levels
- Interact with external clients that result to positive impressions of the company
- Arrange travel plans and perform tasks required for the productivity of each
- Accompany your employer in a professional capacity to wherever required
Kualifikasi Minimum
- At least 5 years as an Executive Assistant to Foreigners and start-up company;
- At least a year as an admin personnel and handle renewal of business permits and other licenses that are essential to the company or executives;
- Meticulously organized and detail-oriented;
- Have a professional attitude and maintain an appearance of such;
- Willing to travel as required by your job;
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
- Willing to start immediately;
