Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Implement and monitor team’s initiatives, processes, procedures, and KPI’s
- Perform payroll tasks with outstanding efficiency and accuracy
- Formulate solutions for payroll tasks to increase productivity
- Resolve all payroll-related issues in a timely manner
- Create process and operations reports for analysis
- Ensure that work results are constructive and of the highest standards so that they contribute to the overall business success and positive image of the company, both internally and externally.
- Solve or relay client escalated issues to proper departments
- Perform efficient collation of back-office tasks with great care and accuracy
- Meet client requirements with excellence
Kualifikasi Minimum
- At least 5 years as Payroll Manager or related;
- At least 5 years experience in People Management, handling at least 5 payroll specialist/analyst in a team;
- With a high level of proficiency in using spreadsheet software, particularly MS Excel and formulas;
- Strong analytical skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
- Willing to start immediately;
