Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Evaluation of existing system, fix and troubleshoot a new process system.
- Constant control of process flow for improvement.
- Conduct data analysis, time and motion study and look into new strategies to improve the efficiency of all activities and trends of each KPIs.
- Preparing daily reports, Monthly improvements reports with graphical presentation.
- Research on the implementation of a better system to eliminate excess motions.
- Research on the latest systems that meet companies long-term goal and preparing a cost-benefit analysis.
- Initiative on the lean system, learning of lean tools and looking for the scope of the implementation in all area of Production.
- Research and development of start-up activities for productivity and efficiency improvement of the existing systems.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- A graduate of Industrial Engineering.
- With at least 5 years work experience in garments manufacturing firm.
- Vast experience in Work Specification and Process Improvement.
- Able to design Process Control and Study for continual improvements (KAIZEN).
- Keen on details and with excellent analytical skills.
- Self-motivated, assertive and results-oriented.
- With a strong leadership skills and should be able to deal effectively with employees at all levels of the organization specifically in the QC Department.
- With above-average communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must be willing and able to work in Pasig City.
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
- This is a work-on-site (work at the office)
