Recovery Team Leader (Bandung)  

Your Assignments:

1. Co-operate across functions to ensure everyone understands and contributes to the recovery process by focussing on prevention, revenue, sustainability and quality.
2. Together with Manager taking a lead in ensuring that prevention is one of the key focus points in the IKEA store.
3. Identify and develop needs, potential growth and improvements for efficient ways of working through co-operation within the store and the quality matrix.
4. Together with Manager on setting goals, measurements and constantly strive for improving the ability of the store to perform daily tasks in accordance with set rules and guidelines, and find the best working methods for preventing costs and optimising revenue while keeping the bottom-line profit in mind.
5. Implement and continuously ensure optimal usage of common working methods, processes and tools related to the Recovery process.
6. Stay aware of daily needs and challenges through interactions with dependent functions, the Business Navigation & Operations Manager and the national quality matrix.
7. Secure sustainable ways of working throughout the whole recovery process.
8. Contribute in the national recovery and quality matrix to enable knowledge and competence sharing between stores.

Your Profiles

1. Enjoy working in a fast-paced retail working environment.
2. Good knowledge of IKEA store functions and how they contribute to the recovery and quality process.
3. Possess good insights into business navigation and a deep understanding for how recovery and quality contributes effectively to the bottom line.
4. Extensive knowledge of the processes and administrative routines for recovery and quality, and how transfer types affect the key performance indicators (KPIs) related to the Recovery department.
5. Extensive knowledge of the processes related to quality and sustainability within the store.
6. Good understanding of merchandising techniques and how to create a commercially attractive As-Is area.
7. Ability to solve problems or find new ways of working by identifying solution sources and/or ideas.
8. Self-reliant with a proven ability to work as part of a team as well as independently.
9. Experience of creating, implementing plans, and following up goals.
10. Ability to drive the business with a strong will.
11. Ability to understand and communicate in English.
12. Willing to work at Kota Baru Parahyangan, Bandung Barat.
13. Willing to work on shifting schedule, including Saturday, Sunday, and Public Holidays.
