Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Local thought leader and senior speaking partner connected to Recruitment and Sourcing in the country
- Lead, localize and implement the IKEA Talent Approach and IKEA Recruitment Approach frameworks, approach and process in order to implement in the country
- Lead the work to ensure IKEA is seen as a unique, meaningful and trusted employer in the country, through employer branding
- Leads and develops a country talent team and ensures the team works effectively, collaboratively and creatively with individuals and teams throughout the country.
- Executes recruitment process including sourcing, screening, assessing, and marketing to candidates, delivering a high standard of excellence
- Drives close cooperation with country Leadership & Competence Development departments to ensure alignment between the recruiting strategy and succession plan
- Networks with stakeholders across the country organization to proactively monitor and manage recruiting and needs
- Monitors external employer and workforce trends and leverage for adaptation of recruitment, attraction, and sourcing strategies at country level
- Leads the country matrix of Recruitment and sourcing in the Market Areas to perform with excellence
- Develop, lead and facilitate recruitment activities on organizational and individual levels.
- Supervise work to secure quality, service, and execution in the organization.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment and enjoy working in a vibrant and changing multi-dimensional environment
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Recruitment and Sourcing, with at least 3 years in supervisory role.
- Demonstrates general leadership ability and effectiveness in leading a specialist team with the capacity to handle multiple priorities, initiatives, interfaces and tasks
- Applies business knowledge and leverage digital best practices to achieve organizational goals and objectives
- Develops virtual and other collaborative relationships to facilitate current and future objectives.
- Takes action without needing direction from others – ability to work independently, take own initiatives and responsibility but also a team-player
- Knowledge of how to plan, attract, grow, and support co-workers & leaders and their careers in IKEA
- Knowledge of planning for, hiring talent on assignments and projects in an agile way to meet the demands of the rapidly changing business environment
- Knowledge of forecasting, analyzing and planning for the talent needs for key positions in IKEA
- Knowledge of candidate behaviors and labor market trends in that can help IKEA to gain insights to better attract, develop and retain co-workers
- Knowledge of employer branding tools to build trust and create engagement so that IKEA is seen as a great place to work to co-workers and potential co- workers
- Knowledge of different leadership styles (such as interdependent, indirect, situational etc.) and needs as well as appropriate use for different situations Knowledge of the IKEA corporate identity, core values and vision of creating a better everyday life for the many people, to ensure right representation
- Expresses ideas and opinions effectively - with ability to influence and inspire
- Proven record of developing people and organizations
- Familiar with labor laws and market practices
- English language skills, verbal and written
