Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Submit a memo's request from the sales and marketing division to finance, such as; sales reimbursement, entertainment fee, media order, PO, screenshots, etc.
- Answering client's inquiries to our sales team over the phone, or by email.
- Organizing weekly internal sales meeting.
- Check data accuracy in orders and invoices.
- Manage daily sales report and visit, including Sales pipelining activity.
- Making sure the circulation of legal documents signing runs smoothly.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Min. 2-3 years of work experience as a Sales Administrative, Sales Controller, or other related fields, and from the Digital Media Company would be preferred.
- Strong familiarity in using Microsoft Word, Excel and Google Suite.
- Good English (speaking & writing).
- Multitasker & organized.
- Ability to work under strict deadlines.
