Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Demonstrate strong understanding of client’s business and the consumer journey
- Lead and mentor Digital Strategy Associates to support the end to end execution
- Actively participate in brainstorming sessions and proposal development
- Strategically select media channels and help determine scheduling and delivery parameters
- Lean into strategic thinking to help develop business and consumer centric media plans
- Work closely with research and analytics teams, to review and analyze campaign results
- Assist in developing, measuring and implementing test opportunities for campaigns
- Develop proposal with strategic campaign, creators recommendation and creative direction for client
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Minimum 4-5 years of working in advertising agency
- Positive attitude and passionate in digital media and digital marketing
- Highly motivated self-starter who can work dynamically with minimum supervision & experience managing team
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
