Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Provides direction, management, and leadership in the financial planning, accounting, and budgeting efforts of the Company.
- Provides strategic consultation and represents Company management in financial leadership as appropriate.
- Supervises accountants and accounting/bookkeeping clerks.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Graduate of Bachelor’s degree in any courses.
- At least 2 years in financial management, accounting, or auditing
- Knowledge of financial regulations including taxation and government regulatory and reporting requirements
- Knowledge of financial accounting, budgeting, control, and reporting principles, methods, techniques, and standards as applied within the Company’s business environment
- Knowledge of business practices and procedures as applied within the Company’s business environment
- Knowledge of advanced cost and financial analysis principles and techniques
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Employee development and performance management skills
- Program planning, development, implementation, and leadership skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Well organized and detail-oriented
