• 1-2 years experience in high volume recruitment
• Has worked for a BPO under recruitment is a plus
• Can meet daily targets and strict deadlines through creative ways
• Good time management skills
• Confident in completing tasks without constant supervision
• Loves working and developing people
• Can do multi-tasking and effective management of real-time performance and multiple demands
• Strong potential for exercising fair and good judgement
• Must be patient and reliable
