Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Responsible for providing technical support and guidance on process implementation and analysis to ensure conformance of the test process to set specifications.
- Ensures attainment of the station’s optimum yield capacity, as well as high product quality and reliability.
- Ensures proper implementation of established manufacturing processes.
- Identifies, modifies, and upgrades processes and their controls in order to meet set quality, yield and turn around time at optimum cost.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Must be a graduate of any Engineering course
- With extensive experience in the Semiconductor Industry
- With at least 5 years exposure in wirebond
- Willing to work in Laguna Technopark, Binan Laguna
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Good communication skills
