Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Responsible for supporting manufacturing through line-sustaining activities such as equipment set-up and troubleshooting. Coordinates with manufacturing and the different manufacturing and maintenance support groups on implementing various maintenance activities.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Candidates must be a graduate of an Engineering course in Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical, or Instrumentation and Calibration field
- With at least 2 years in same/related field, with supervisory capacity; experience in semiconductor or electronics manufacturing assembly is preferred
- Must be knowledgeable in Central Die Prep, Die Attach, Wirebond and Mold or Singulation
- Must possess a good working knowledge of the electro-mechanical aspects of manufacturing equipment and minor equipment troubleshooting, and can interpret electro-mechanical schematic diagrams
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
