Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Handled Experience - Warehouse In-Charge, Production, Engineering, Material Planning, Inventory controller, Technical Department, Quality Control & Accounting System.
- Organize workflow to meet specifications and deadlines
- Monitor production to resolve issues
- Supervise and evaluate performance of production personnel (quality inspectors, workers etc.)
- Report to upper management
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College in Chemical Engineering or Chemistry
- With atleast 10 years of experience as Manager
- Understanding of quality standards and health & safety regulations
- Excellent organizational and leaderships skills
- Strong decision-making skills and a results-driven approach
- Outstanding communication ability
- Proficient in MS Office and ERP software
