Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Evaluate needs of company and plan training programs accordingly.
- Develop, implement and monitor training programs within an organization.
- Provide leadership development education.
- Following Training and Development guidelines as difined by company.
- Re-Tool of modules.
- Conduct of Training Need Analysis and continuing education training.
- Competency Based Program
- Prepare and implement training budget.
- Conduct performance evaluations
- Conduct orientation sessions.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/ College Degree, any field.
- At least 10 year(s) of working experience in the realted field is required for this position.
- Must have worked in a BPO set-up
- Applicants must be willing to work in Makati
