Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Draft and review contract;
- Draft legal opinions;
- Assist client teams in their legal need;
- Attend to/monitor litigation case;
- Answer legal queries (written/oral);
- Assist team head in administrative duties;
- Draft and/or review corporate documents;
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bar Passer;
- At least 10 years experience in a law firm, with at least 5 years experience in property development;
- Must have taken undergrad studies in tiers 1 or 2 schools only;
- Must be willing to work in Makati;
