Deskripsi Pekerjaan
The Customer Satisfaction Staff position consists of conducting telephone surveys or interviews explaining objectives and procedures to our valued customers who participated in the customer satisfaction survey, compiling and recording results and data from interviews and surveys.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Collect, compile, record, and code results information from interviews or surveys.
- Deal with unpleasant, angry or discourteous individuals.
- Devise and evaluate methods and procedures for collecting data particularly on the survey interview.
- Explain survey objectives and procedures to interviewees.
- Identify and report problems in obtaining the data.
- Identify and resolve inconsistencies in interviewee’s responses.
- Interpret survey questions to help interviewee’s comprehension.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- College Graduate
- Good communication skills
- Good problem-solving skills
- Keen to details
- Good knowledge on SKY product and services
- Knowledgeable in basic troubleshooting particularly in cable and broadband
- Knowledgeable in MS Office Applications such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
