Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Acts as a liaison between the company executive and business partners
- Plan, organize, and schedule meetings and appointments
- Coordinates projects between the executive and other managers
- Prepares and edits correspondence, reports, and presentations
- Take notes and prepare documents during meetings
- Make travel and guest arrangements
- Attend meetings and conferences in place of the corporate executive
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Candidate must possess a Bachelor's Degree in any business related course or equivalent working experience in office - business environment.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Preferably with relevant working experience
- Working hours Mon-Sat 8am-5pm
- Amenable to work in Greenhills, San Juan
