- Maintains proper records of all financial transactions
- Prepares invoices and billings;
- Prepares vouchers and checks for disbursements;
- Ensures that Books of Accounts are updated and properly recorded;
- Prepares documents for collection of accounts receivables and accounts payables;
- Ensures the daily deposits of all collections;
- Ensures the timely payment of government remittances (BIR, SSS, HDMF, Philhealth, etc.);
- Carries out any duties directed by the Accounting Supervisor
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor's degree related to Accountancy, Finance, Banking or Business;
- Minimum of 2 years work experience;
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
- Flexible team player;
- Can start immediately
