Voice Acting Director  

We are seeking a talented and experienced Voice Over Director to join our team. The Voice Over Director will be responsible for guiding voice actors to deliver performances that bring our characters and projects to life. This role requires a combination of creative vision, strong communication skills, and a deep understanding of storytelling and character development.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with writers, producers, and other team members to develop a clear vision for voice-over performances that aligns with the project's objectives.
• Conduct auditions to select voice actors who are the best fit for the characters and tone of the project.
• Direct voice actors during recording sessions, providing clear direction and feedback to help them achieve the desired performance.
• Ensure that voice-over performances are authentic, engaging, and consistent with the character's personality and the overall tone of the project.
• Work closely with sound engineers to ensure that voice recordings meet technical specifications and are of the highest quality.
• Collaborate with post-production teams to integrate voice-over recordings seamlessly into the final product.
• Stay current with industry trends and developments in voice-over techniques and technology.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience directing voice-over talent for various projects, including animation, video games, commercials, or other forms of media.
• Strong understanding of storytelling, character development, and voice acting techniques.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate creative vision and provide clear, constructive feedback.
• Ability to work collaboratively with writers, producers, voice actors, and other team members to achieve project objectives.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Familiarity with industry-standard recording equipment and software.
