Community Manager  

We are looking for an experienced and well-connected Talent Coordinator that would help level up our podcasters' content. The primary responsibility of the talent coordinator is to help look for guests and collabs with our podcasters and scout for new and upcoming influencers to create podcasts.

Ultimately, you should be able to act as the engine that helps our podcasters grow with the following responsibilities:

• Take care of the needs of our top podcasters to help grow their shows
• Identify talent that would be great guests or collabs with our existing podcasters
• Implement metrics driven strategies to help improve podcasts
• Build and leverage connections within the industry to help podcasters grow
• Scout for new and up-and-coming talents to create great podcasts
• Track analytics and metrics related to show growth and talent happiness
• Provide timely reports that helps brands and partners a better view of ads and campaigns

• Proven work experience as a community manager or similar role
• Proficiency in speaking English
• Experience planning and leading community initiatives
• Ability to identify and track relevant community KPIs
• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Excellent writing skills
• Excellent interpersonal and presentations skills
• Ability to interpret key metrics and analytics
• Knowledge of online marketing
• Attention to detail, critical-thinker and problem-solver
• BSc degree in Marketing or relevant field
• Strong analytical and planning skills;
