Deskripsi Pekerjaan
As the Lead Podcast Producer, your role is to manage the Podcast Production team and enable them to produce quality content in a timely manner.
Responsibilities
- Delegate tasks to Production Team.
- Oversee the creative production side when needed and provide coaching to team members.
- Regularly inspect sound equipment
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of editors, producers, and customer success team.
- Stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices
- Identify and address problems and opportunities for the Production Team.
- Identify the best tools and technologies to help manage workflow and optimizes their implementation and deployment.
- Build alliances and partnerships with other organizations
- Train new employees
Kualifikasi Minimum
Qualifications:
- Preferably 5 years experience with Music Production industries and/or similar role
- Familiarity with audio editing software and equipment.
- Knows how to strategize and innovate processes
- With good communication and people skills
- Team Player
