Service Delivery Lead  

1. Delivery of IT services in support of business objectives / operations.

• Manage and coordinate the delivery of IT services to the business
• Facilitate regular communications and effective collaboration among stakeholders (business, IT and external providers)
• Work with product owners to handle backlogs and new service requests
• Resolve conflicts and remove obstacles whenever they occur
• Ensure the quality of systems/services delivered are according to expectations

2. Management of service level performance

• Monitor and report on IT service level performance
• Initiate continuous service improvement program
• Maintain good working relationships between PLUK IT and all other business stakeholders
• Manage and rate services provided by external service providers

3. Knows and understands the Pru Life UK Compliance Standards. Must be fully aware of his/her key responsibilities and competent to carry them out to the required standards. Must report all compliance matters openly and honestly to their Compliance Officer in accordance with the reporting requirements operated by the Compliance Officer. Must operate a process within his/her department/area to ensure that all relevant compliance matters are identified and reported.

• 3-5 years of relevant working experience with prior experience in ISO 27001, ISO 17799, Security Policy Development, Information Security Auditing and/or Information Risk Management are preferred
• Prior experience in a role related to IT Service Management
• Experience in managing a team or being a scrum master
• Degree in Business, Information Security, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or Information Technology or its equivalent background in Agile Project Management
